Crispy Falafel Recipe | Easy Homemade Falafel Hello friends! Today I’m sharing a very easy and crispy Falafel recipe. This recipe is made with overnight soaked chickpeas, not boiled ones. Let’s start! Ingredients: 1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight) 1 small onion, roughly chopped 4–5 garlic cloves 2–3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves 2–3 tbsp fresh parsley (optional) 1 tsp cumin powder roasted one punch baking soda ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp red chilli flex totally optional Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp all-purpose flour or chickpea flour Oil for deep frying Method: First, drain the overnight soaked chickpeas completely. Add chickpeas, onion, garlic, coriander leaves, parsley, and all spices to a mixer jar. Grind everything coarsely, not too smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add lemon juice and flour. Mix well to make a firm mixture. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties as per your choice. Heat oil on medium flame. Deep fry the falafels until golden brown and crispy.
