Thermomix TM6 Thai Steamed Fish with Lime and Rice by @ezziecooks

A classic dish in any Thai restaurant and it happens to be one of the easiest and quickest Thai dishes you can make at home using your Thermomix 😍 The steam not only gently cooks the fish until just tender but also creates an instant, complex sauce from a handful of basic ingredients.
