Showtape Title: Chuck E. Cheese Live Release Date: 1988 This was the first Chuck E. Cheese live show. It was originally tested at the Arlington Texas store in 1987, before being released system-wide in a year later. It marks the very first time the walkaround version of Chuck E. interacts with the animatronic characters on stage, making for a truly interactive performance. During these early live performances, a screen would come down and hide the animatronic Chuck, so it would look like he walked off of the stage. This show was originally released on it's own tape, but it would become a special skit on showtape reel in 1989. This show is believed to have run from 1988 to 1990. Chuck E.
