This game is 100% hand animated

Hand drawing and animating an entire video game is not something I recommend... I am doing it anyway! In our second devlog we introduce our process of hand-drawing, hand-animating every frame in our game and how we are using Godot game engine to bring this project to life! We’re turning year's worth of weird doodles, hand-written systems, and grotesque creature designs into a 2D roguelite with frame-by-frame animation and a gas-powered hero born in a lab. This series is the messy, honest behind-the-scenes: sketchbook deep-dives, prototype fails, animation secrets, design debates, and the tiny victories that make a game worth finishing.
