Manchester DJ, producer and NTS broadcaster Ruf Dug takes us deep into the world of Street Soul — a sound-system-rooted style of music born out of Black working-class culture in the 1980s and '90s Britain. From a 1990 live recording of Broadway Sound in Gooch Close, Moss Side, to North London's TSR Records, Ruf Dug shares the records, stories and history that drew him into this scene.
