It was quite a journey to finally reach the famous ancient city of Japan, Kyoto. Today, I took a local train to my reserved hotel in Kyoto. On my way, I stumbled upon an intriguing local eatery. Initially, I thought it was just an ordinary restaurant, but as I entered, I discovered that it was run by an 85-year-old grandfather. In this video, I'll be trying the recommended dish by the elderly Kyoto resident, called "Chimneyaki."
