The real reason I'm not lobstering
Every spring, following the end of scallop season, I haul my boat out to the water at the boatyard to perform regular maintenance. This year, I was delayed in hauling out until almost the beginning of lobster season. I had to haul my boat out and do the maintenance, like removing all of my scallop rigging, and get back in the water ASAP. Lobster season is just around the corner and I cannot wait!
