How to obtain a Signature Key. It's done in person and you must make an appointment. The signature key for the Cl@ve system is what allows you to sign any electronic document. The Permanent Key only allows you to identify yourself and authenticate yourself, but not to sign, with the Cl@ve system. This Cl@ve system is the easiest to use because it doesn't require any modification or installation on your computer; it's a system called a centralized digital signature or electronic signature system. In contrast, a software digital certificate requires the installation of root certificates and browser configuration, and the DNIe (electronic ID card) also requires a specific reader. During the first lockdown of the coronavirus pandemic, I uploaded a video explaining all of this, and especially how to obtain the PIN and the Permanent Key, but the Signature Key couldn't be obtained because it required physically going to a Cl@ve registration office, and they were all closed. We'll now explain how to obtain your Signature Key, which you'll need to complete all online procedures and sign documents. We'll also tell you where to go in person to verify your identity and obtain it. If you don't yet have your Permanent Key, I want to emphasize that this is the first and absolutely necessary step. You can only obtain your Signature Key once you have your Permanent Key.
