Back in 2020, when the world went bonkers, we decided to take matters into our own hands. We bought an empty Mercedes Sprinter van and started transforming it into our dream home on wheels. From the sunny southern tip of Portugal to the eastern shores of Bulgaria, and even the icy northernmost tip of Norway, over 300 miles into the Arctic.
