When isolation measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus close schools, different approaches emerge for bringing education into homes. What can we learn for after quarantine, based on how teaching is done in this different educational environment? Meli is a biologist (University of Buenos Aires) and holds a PhD in Education from Columbia University (USA). She is a Professor at the University of San Andrés and a CONICET researcher in the field of Education. She researches how to foster curiosity and critical thinking, from kindergarten to adulthood. She coordinates and advises educational innovation and teacher training programs throughout Latin America. She is a co-founder of Expedición Ciencia and El Mundo de las Ideas. She wrote and hosted the children's program "La casa de la ciencia" (Paka Paka). Her latest book is "Guía para criar hijos curiosos" (Siglo XXI).
