Une recette de délicieux biscuits moelleux et fondants parfumés au citron et garnis à la crème de citron. Idéal pour le goûter ! Ingrédients ( pour 18 biscuits ) 1) pour la crème au citron: 2 citrons ( zeste et jus ) 70g de sucre 2 oeufs 60g de beurre 1 pincée de sel 1/2 cc de curcuma 2) pour le biscuit: 135g de sucre 1 citron pour le zeste 110g de beurre fondu 2 oeufs 1 cc de sucre vanillé 240g de farine 1 cc de levure chimique 1 pincée de sel 1/2 cc de curcuma
