When The Strong Become Weary l Mrs Praise l 24 May 2026 l Sunday Service l

When the Strong Become Weary By Mrs Praise Today’s sermon reminded us that even strong people become weary. The Bible shows us that faith does not make us immune to sorrow, discouragement or exhaustion. Elijah sat under a tree. David cried. Job questioned. Hannah wept. Naomi became bitter. Jeremiah grew weary. Paul felt overwhelmed. Even Jesus said His soul was overwhelmed with sorrow. Yet none of them were abandoned. God met them in the cave, in the wilderness, in the ashes and in Gethsemane. Today we were reminded: • Your pain is real, but it is not your identity • Your valley is a season, not your destination • Do not build a house where God intended you to pass through • God still sees, restores and strengthens weary souls Psalm 34:18 reminds us: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” If you are tired, do not give up. If you are hurting, do not isolate. If you are weary, do not lose hope. God is still near. #TheDevotedLife #SundaySermon #GodRestores #Faith #Healing #Hope #Jesus #YearOfWinningSouls
