In this first part of our Ag & Arts Tour adventure, we visit: 🍷 Horseshoe Bend Farm Wines – A beautiful family-owned winery nestled along the Duck River featuring handcrafted wines, locally produced meads, wine cocktails, U-pick blueberries, cozy riverfront cabins, local vendors, and incredible views. From lavender and watermelon wine to cucumber and even tomato wine, this working farm offers one of the most unique tasting experiences in Tennessee. 🐴 Wolf Creek Ranch – A stunning 100-acre horse ranch offering English and Western riding lessons, horse boarding, rodeo training, horse shows, hayrides, riding demonstrations, and family-friendly activities. We also learn the inspiring story behind this beautiful Tennessee ranch. 🦙 Andy's Farm – A remarkable 132-acre regenerative farm specializing in alpacas, sustainable agriculture, and fiber production. We discover how alpaca fiber is transformed into beautiful yarn while hearing the incredible journey of a family that built a thriving farm through hard work and perseverance. 🍇 Grinder's Switch Winery – Nestled among the rolling hills of Hickman County, this family-owned winery features a seven-acre vineyard, an original log cabin tasting room, and award-winning wines that have become a Tennessee favorite. 🐝 Honey Hollar Farm – A family homestead built from the ground up with no farming background, proving that anyone can pursue the homesteading lifestyle with enough determination. We meet piglets, chickens, turkeys, sample local honey, and learn how this family turned their dream into reality. As we continue building our own homestead here in Tennessee, we love meeting the people who make rural communities so special. Every stop on this tour offered new ideas, inspiring stories, and a deeper appreciation for the hard work that goes into farming, homesteading, and preserving the agricultural heritage of Middle Tennessee. Whether you're dreaming of starting a homestead, raising livestock, growing your own food, visiting local wineries, or simply exploring the beautiful backroads of Tennessee, this tour is packed with inspiration and unforgettable places to visit. This is Part 1 of our Hickman County Ag & Arts Tour series!
