[The Ultimate Vermicelli Salad] Please give it a try! ★Today's recipe is here↓ -- [The Ultimate Vermicelli Salad] Vermicelli: 50g Cucumber: 1 (100g) Carrot: 1/2 (70g) Ginger: 5g Ham: 40g Kikurage: 4g (before soaking) Salt: 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce: 1 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar: 1 tablespoon Sugar: 1 tablespoon Japanese mustard: 5cm Ajinomoto: 4 shakes Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon Roasted sesame seeds: 3-4 pinches *Add salt and chili oil to taste. Taste and adjust to your liking. Please do so. Shreddle 100g cucumber and 70g half a carrot with 1/4 teaspoon salt, rub together, squeeze out the excess water, add 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 5cm Japanese mustard, 4 shakes of Ajinomoto, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and mix. Boil 50g vermicelli and 4g wood ear mushrooms, rinse under running water, squeeze well, shred the wood ear mushrooms, and mix with the vermicelli and vegetables.
