Ye system electrified railways mein use hota hai jisme electric locomotives ke liye power supply overhead wires se di jati hai. 🔧 A-4 OHE Kaam Karne Ka Process – Step-by-Step Step 1: Site Survey & Preparation Purpose: Jis jagah OHE lagana hai, uska survey kiya jata hai. Activities: Route ka alignment check Mast (pole) locations decide karna Soil testing agar mast foundation banana ho Clearance check from track (SOD – Schedule of Dimensions) Step 2: Foundation Work Foundation Banaya jata hai masts ke liye Excavation (1.5 to 2 meter deep) RCC foundation casting Curing for 7 days minimum Step 3: Mast Erection (Pole Lagana) Mast ya portal pole ko crane ke through khada kiya jata hai Isko foundation bolts ke through tight kiya jata hai Alignment check kiya jata hai (plumb line se) Step 4: Cantilever Assembly Cantilever arms ko mast pe fix kiya jata hai Components: Bracket tube, Dropper tube, Steady arm, Insulators Torque wrench se nut-bolt tight kiye jate hain Step 5: Contact Wire & Catenary Wire Lagaana Catenary wire (top wire) pehle lagti hai, fir uske neeche contact wire Pulley blocks aur tensioning system se wire ko khicha jata hai Regulated OHE system mein auto-tensioning system hota hai (ATD – Auto Tensioning Device) Step 6: Droppers Lagana Contact wire aur catenary wire ke beech spacing maintain karne ke liye droppers lagaye jate hain Spacing standard hoti hai (9 m, 13.5 m, ya as per design) Sag (jhukav) control mein rakha jata hai Step 7: Section Insulator / Neutral Section Installation Section insulator un jagahon pe lagta hai jahan 2 different power zones ho Neutral section bhi install hota hai (engine driver ko pantograph band karna padta hai yahan se guzarte waqt) Step 8: Earthing & Bonding Safety ke liye mast aur wires ka earthing hota hai Rail bonding bhi hota hai taaki return current safe rahe Step 9: Testing & Inspection OHE line ka sag, stagger aur height check kiya jata hai OHE van ya tower wagon se inspection Electrical testing – voltage test, continuity, insulation resistance etc. Step 10: Charging the OHE Line After successful testing, OHE ko electrically charge kiya jata hai Caution notice lagayi jati hai Final clearance ke baad train movement allowed hoti hai 🔧 OHE Tools & Safety Gears: Tower wagon Cantilever assembly tools Sag board & Stagger gauge Insulated gloves, helmet, harness, shoes Earth rod & discharge rod 🚧 Safety Instructions: OHE ek high-voltage system hai (25kV), isliye: Only trained staff hi kaam karein Isolate line before working PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) ka use zaroori hai
