I walk through its colonial streets and visit two churches with centuries of history: one of them houses original paintings made by indigenous people, a jewel of mural art in the Americas. I also tell you about Diego de Torres, a key figure in the history of this town. And as always, food is a must: I sit down to try the famous cocido boyacense, one of the most representative dishes of the region.
