Variations on Visvamitrasana
Visvamitrasana is one of the harder poses out there, but it isn't impossible. This flow is carefully crafted to get you close to, if not fully into a goddess variation of VIsvamitrasana. So, we'll open your shoulders, stretch your hamstrings, make space in your hips and get to this tricky little arm balance. Make sure you have a strap on hand, you may also want a couple blocks.
