Ipponsugi Farm is a bakery in Nishizawa-cho, Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture. Despite its mountainous, out-of-town location, there’s a line of people outside the shop who want to buy the bread. The chief baker himself grows some of the ingredients that he uses for cooking and baking in the vegetable garden next to the bakery.
