We head out into the fields to discover treasure and the truth about one woman's past (and possible future) as we dig into the metal detecting mystery of The Magnificent Trufflepigs. From developer Thunkd, The Magnificent Trufflepigs puts you in the wellies of a man called Adam in this first person narrative game. It fittingly uses the narrative device of a metal detector to not only explore the English countryside but uncover some buried history. Both that of physical objects hidden beneath the earth and the personal history of the other main character Beth. The Magnificent Trufflepigs released in the beginning of June 2021 and this is when we first took a look at it.
