There has been a growing discussion in the Google Ads community about the common issue within Google Ads where you can't scale your Google Ads campaigns due to rising CPC costs. For example, if you see an increase in CPC of 30% when you increase your budget by 10% you can't scale your Google Ads campaign. Since June, John Moran (formerly Solutions 8) has released several videos about how he is combating this issue. For me, I prefer a different approach as I believe that it is: 🚨 Safer & more suited to the current & upcoming changing search behaviour from users. 🎓 Easier to implement, especially as my biggest concern with John's approach is not that it does not work BUT that probably only 5 - 10% of Google Ads specialists would be able to quickly recover a campaign if the strategy goes wrong. So in this video I share my view and also give you the tested alternative that I have been using which has allowed us to successfully double Google Ads campaign spend while keeping CPC stable and increasing conversions.
