300 Times Dhikr — Ya Allah · Ya Malikal Mulki · Ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram
300× Ya Allah · Ya Malikal Mulki · Ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram A Cappella, Pure Voice — No Instruments — Arabic — يَا اَللّٰهُ يَا مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ — English — O Allah, O Owner of all sovereignty O Possessor of Majesty and Honor — The Story — Three hundred times. Three names. One trembling heart that has finally remembered the right way to call. There are many ways to ask Allah. We can list our worries. We can name our wounds. We can spell out, piece by piece, what we hope He will fix. But there is another way — older, quieter, and more powerful — that the Prophet ﷺ pointed us toward: call Him by His names, and trust that the names themselves will carry what your tongue cannot. This dhikr gathers three of the most beloved ways to call upon Allah: 🌙 Yā Allāh — His own name, the one above all names. The Prophet ﷺ taught that this very name may itself be al-Ism al-A'ẓam — Allah's Greatest Name. "Indeed I know a name of Allah which if He is called upon by it, He answers, and if He is asked by it, He gives" (Sunan Abu Dawud 1495, sahih). 🌟 Yā Mālika-l-Mulk — O Owner of all sovereignty. The name Allah Himself taught us to call Him by in the Qur'an: "Say: O Allah, Owner of all sovereignty. You give sovereignty to whom You will, and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will, and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is all good. Surely You have power over all things" (Surah Aal-Imran 3:26). When the door of human authority has closed, this is the name that opens the door of divine authority. 💫 Yā Dhā-l-Jalāli wa-l-Ikrām — O Possessor of Majesty and Honor. The name the Prophet ﷺ told us to "persist in calling upon" (al-Tirmidhi, hasan). When the Prophet ﷺ heard a man making du'a with this name, he ﷺ said: "It (his du'a) has been responded to. So let him ask" (Sunan al-Tirmidhi 3525, hasan, narrated by Anas RA). Imagine that. A name so beloved to Allah that calling Him by it is itself the answer. Together, these three names hold the heart in perfect balance: His name, His sovereignty, and His majesty paired with His generosity. There is no situation that all three combined cannot reach. Three hundred times is not a number from a hadith. It is a tradition of the lovers of Allah across centuries — a way of saying to the heart: today, I am not just brushing past these names. Today, I am living inside them. Let the syllables move through you slowly. Let each repetition deepen what the last one began. Let the names become bigger than the worry, until what felt impossible feels small in the hand of the One who owns all things. — What This Dhikr Helps With — 🤲 Calling Allah by His most beloved names when words run out 👑 Asking from the Owner of sovereignty when human authority has failed 🛡️ Spiritual protection through the names of majesty and generosity 🌙 Building deep awe (khashya) and hope (rajā') in the heart at once 🕊️ Releasing situations that feel beyond your control ☁️ Filling an hour of your life with the names that open all doors Listen with headphones for the deepest immersion — let the names of Allah wash through you slowly. — Listen When — You are asking Allah for something you cannot name yourself A situation has reached the limit of human help You need to be reminded who actually owns the outcome You feel small under the weight of your worry You are walking, driving, or working and want these names on your breath You want to fall asleep with the names of your Lord on your tongue Pure voice.
