Conundrum Creek Cobble Quest Day 4 - Finally Found the Cobbles
https://goldputz.com [email protected] After a successful 4 bucket test yesterday, I moved downstream to test a section of riprap below an eroded streambank. After some trial and error, I found that the weak bedrock was reachable with about a foot of digging. Some nice clayey cobbles have collected on the bedrock, and the 4 pan test yielded one excellent pan. Stay tuned to see if we return to do some production here.
