The Sukabumi Barudak Forum (FORBUMI), also known as the Regional Children's Forum (FAD), of Sukabumi Regency, is preparing to undergo leadership regeneration. In the podcast, Kayla explained that this recruitment is open to fill key positions, both in the secretariat and in various FORBUMI work clusters. This regeneration process is carefully designed to identify the best potential among the younger generation in Sukabumi Regency. "We have developed a structured selection process. It starts with registration, then administrative selection, followed by interviews, and finally, with the inauguration of the elected management," Kayla said. This recruitment process has received full attention from the local government. The entire open recruitment process is being directly monitored by the Sukabumi Regency Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office (DP3A). In fact, to maintain the objectivity and quality of the new board, the interview process will directly involve the DP3A and a team of professionals in their respective fields. Currently, FORBUMI is in the registration phase, which began on June 20 and will run until July 5, 2026. The age requirement for prospective applicants is 13 years and older.
