A PERFECT SPOT ON THE DORDOGNE RIVER! We head further into the Dordogne, and our next camping spot is right on the banks of the Dordogne river itself. We stay at 'Camping La Plage', in Vezac, a perfect site to explore the Dordogne, with the beautiful medieval villages of Castelnaud-la-Chapelle and La Roque Gageac within walking/cycling distance....or just to cool off and have a little paddle in the river itself! It's a popular site, even late in the season, but we can see why. Lots to do, and discover in this area, whether for just a quick few days, or a few weeks.
