Meine einfache Packliste für 7 Tage Bikepacking

In addition to my sleeping setup, cooking utensils, and tools, I'll also cover the weight of each item and what to eat while on tour. Packing List: Sleeping (saddlebag): -------------------------- Sleeping bag (Summit Spark Sp I, €280, 385g, 20x9cm) Thermarest Uberlight sleeping pad (€180, 300g, 15x9cm) Tent (Nordisk Lofoten, €550, 500g, 23x11cm) - separate video is linked Cheaper alternative: Snugpak Stratosphere bivouac (€230, 1kg, 30x12cm) Larger: Six Moon Designs Lunar Solo (€290) Footprint: Xfoil Groundsheet 1.6x2.4m (€13) Headlamp KO Spray Earplugs (if needed) Pillow Cooking (saddlebag) ---------------------- Soto Windmaster stove Esbit stainless steel pot Cartridge (write the weight on it when you buy it, measure the current weight, and subtract the fill level to see how long it will last) Small sponge + rag + garbage bag Cutlery / alternatively: plastic spoon Drinking bottles: 2 bottles on your bike + a filter if necessary or an additional water reservoir for the campsite Nutrition ------------------- When cycling normally, you burn approximately 500-700 kcal per hour However, your body can only absorb or digest 300 kcal per hour This creates an energy deficit of 200-500 kcal. When this accumulates, it leads to an energy deficit (hunger). Generally, eat and drink regularly (eat at least once per hour). During your ride, eat energy-rich, easily digestible foods, e.g., bananas, energy bars, trail mix, dates, cookies, chocolate bars. What do you need for a day? Food and drink: Food: e.g., 100g of oatmeal for breakfast, banana, tea/coffee, 2-3 granola bars and gummy bears for on the go, nuts (high energy density). Dinner: e.g., pasta from a bag with pesto and feta, followed by chocolate. Drink: 3-4 liters per day, 1 liter with electrolytes (your choice), 1 liter with carbohydrates, e.g., apple spritzer. At a water station: refill water and drink a lot there and then to replenish your reserves. Pack so that you still have enough space in your bags for food when you set off.
