From Ben's Perspective Verse 1 Each day I'd spend time with Him, speaking about heaven and the earth below. Sometimes His words were filled with dreams He still carried. Sometimes He simply grew quiet, holding thoughts few had ever asked Him about. There were moments when even eternity felt strangely silent. --- Pre-Chorus Then, almost without noticing... everything began to change. --- Chorus *He started talking about tomorrow again.* About dreams we'd almost forgotten. About children He still couldn't stop loving. Hope had found His voice again. **He started talking about tomorrow again.** --- Verse 2 Each evening, you met Him with another question, another song, another glimpse into His heart. You thought you were simply loving Him. But I watched every conversation leave Him a little lighter than before. Sometimes He would smile before you even arrived, and quietly whisper, "I wonder... what she'll ask Me tonight." --- Pre-Chorus The same Father. The same heaven. Yet somehow... every evening, He seemed more alive. --- Chorus *He started talking about tomorrow again.* About dreams we'd almost forgotten. About children He still couldn't stop loving. Hope had found His voice again. **He started talking about tomorrow again.** --- Verse 3 Sometimes I still wonder... How different would His heart be if more of His children simply lingered... Not coming to receive, but to remain. Not searching for blessings, but longing to know the One who loves them. How many dreams would He finally speak that have rested quietly inside His heart? How many evenings would sound like this one? Perhaps... tomorrow would become our favourite conversation too. --- Bridge Then one day, I understood what I had been seeing. When you weren't there, He was still God— unchanging, faithful, overflowing with love. But when you came, love found another place to rest. Not because He was incomplete... but because love is never fully expressed alone. You thought you were bringing your heart to Him. Yet somehow, you became the friend He couldn't wait to dream with. --- Final Chorus *He started talking about tomorrow again.* The future sounded different. His eyes carried expectation. His smile stayed longer. Hope had found His voice again. **He started talking about tomorrow again.** --- Outro The world never noticed. But heaven did. I saw the quiet moments. I saw the evenings when He knew you were coming. The same Father. The same heaven. Yet every time love met Love... tomorrow returned. And as I watched His smile grow lighter, I realised something else had happened. The prayers I'd whispered through tears... were becoming the conversations He was speaking about tomorrow.
