This was filmed on October 24, 2023, and the autumn foliage in Hakkoda is the most beautiful spot of this trip, as well as the most stunning place I’ve visited among so many cherry blossom viewing trips in Japan. I highly recommend it! Unfortunately, there were too many people in line. After buying the tickets, I had to wait another hour to board the cable car, which left us with insufficient time. After reaching the summit, we couldn't walk along the mountain trail anymore. I suggest arriving before 9 AM during the peak season.
