DATE：20 OCTOBER 2022 At the Hakkoda Mountains, beautiful red and yellow autumn foliage of Japanese maple and rowan can be seen during fall. the Hakkoda Ropeway takes you through a sea of vivid crimson and gold treetops. On a clear sunny day, one can see as far as the Tsugaru plains, Mutsu Bay. The view from the ropeway is superb. From the summit you can see the whole mountain range as it is dyed in warm autumn colours.
