Many white collar and office workers have back pain because they sit too much. Of course, you can buy a sit stand desk... but if you don't know how to sit correctly, I don't believe that you can stand correctly either... Hence, learning posture correction is step 1 if you don't want to depend on your company's budget for buying an ergonomic desk. And we're not talking about sitting up straight (or upright sitting posture).
