In this video I walkthrough the Ninja Woodfire 8 in 1 Oven and make fresh dough and pizzas to test it out. This is an oven I have purchased, not given. Dough Recipe: 00 Pizza Flour - 535g Instant Dry Yeast - 2g 40 degree F Cold Water - 360g Sea Salt - 12g Mix Until formed and reasonably smooth Olive Oil for Proofing Bins Cover and let rest for 1 hour 1 set Stretch and Folds Rest One more hour Portion into Dough balls place in Proofing bins 48-72 hour cold fermentation in fridge Let warm for an hour or 2 on counter before using Makes 4 - 225-230h Pizza Doughs for 12" Pizzas #PizzaOven #NinjaKitchen
