LIVE at Makahiki [Inferno Room]

This is the second live show that I've done at the Makahiki festival held at the Inferno Room in Indianapolis, Indiana. This time, we are joined by the extremely sassy bartender, Kendal. We make the "Harpooneer's Holiday," a cocktail from the Drinks of Hawaii book from 1971. To make the Harpooneer's Holiday: -------------------------------------- 2oz Light Rum 1oz Dark Rum 1/4oz Brandy 1oz lemon juice 1/2oz pineapple juice 1/4oz grenadine dash of orange curacao 1/4oz 151 Demerara -------------------------------------- Pour all but the 151 rum into a large Brandy snifter and fill with crushed ice. Mix thoroughly and float the 151 rum. Garnish with a pineapple finger.
