Soaked oats are one of the most balanced, complete and healthy breakfasts that we can have in the morning to start the day with energy and vitality. The best of all is that you can leave them prepared in advance because they will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator and you can change the flavors and combinations so you don't get bored. It is a breakfast full of vitamins, vegetable protein, antioxidants, healthy fats and if you follow the recipe that I am going to share you will see how delicious it is. I'm going to prepare 3 different flavors because personally I don't like to have the same breakfast every day, I like variety so what I do is alternate this breakfast with others. I'm going to show you my favorites but you can use the combinations that you like the most with the ingredients you have at home.
