The Prosecutor's Office has closed its investigation, and among those under investigation is Milanese trapper Sacky, born Sami Abou El Hassan. He is charged with threats and aggravated assault with the intent of discrimination and religious hatred. According to investigators' reconstruction, that evening, two Argentine university students, aged 19 and 20, both Jewish, had just left a supermarket. They were wearing kippahs and traditional clothing when they were allegedly surrounded by a group of about ten young people. First came the insults, with slogans like "Fuck Israel," then the physical attack. One of the two boys was punched in the face, suffering a fractured nasal septum. The incident immediately sparked widespread outrage in the city and sparked a debate about the rise in anti-Semitic incidents and hate crimes. Investigators believe that Sacky did not actually throw the punch, but participated in the attack by making threatening remarks and contributing to the atmosphere of intimidation, without ever dissociating himself from the attack. The actual perpetrator of the punch, however, is an amateur boxer, already under house arrest on the same charges, aggravated by religious hatred. With the investigation now closed, the Prosecutor's Office is now preparing to request the indictment of the suspects. Meanwhile, however, the investigation continues to identify the other members of the group who allegedly took part in the attack.
