WE HIT EVERY OBSTACLE AT FORDYCE | Water Crossings, Tight Trees & A Vehicle Rollover

Day two of our trip to Fordyce Trail where we hope for better luck than day one! The first day we had two broken axle shafts at Winch Hill 3 and had to do multiple winch recoveries to get the vehicles back to camp to see if we could get them fixed and continue wheeling on day two. The group attempts to make it from our camp at Meadow Lake down winch Hills 5, 4, and 3 to see if we could get all the way to Committee Crossing and Forge the water crossing to hit some bonus lines across the way.  Halfway down the trail we get news that one of the Dirtnation Offroad crew members that we were waiting for had rolled his Toyota down winch Hill 5. So we head back up the trail to check on him and see the damage. Thankfully, nobody was injured, but it did throw a wrench in our plans for the day. We ended up only going with four rigs instead of the 15 or so that were planned to make it down the trail and back up with us. We still managed to have a good time and hit plenty of bonus lines along the way! There is a little bit of everything at Fordyce, from tight technical tree sections, steep uphill and downhill loose boulder sections, and of course the famous water crossings that scare a lot of people away!
