Respire : le plan de ta vie est parfait. Découvre-le ! avec Maud Ankaoua

Anne Ghesquière welcomes Maud Ankaoua, bestselling novelist and coach. For her, the universe has a plan for us and our only job is to trust it. But this task is more difficult than it seems. Often stuck in an emotional cycle from the past, we resist change and perpetuate patterns that prevent us from moving forward. We will attempt to retrace this liberating path - Episode #78 In this episode with Maud Ankaoua, I will address the following topics: The title of your latest novel is "Breathe. The Plan Is Always Perfect." Do you think there's a plan for our lives? And why do you say it's perfect? You cut everything out and went to the Himalayas for five weeks. What did you discover there? What does it mean to be in your place? How do we know if we belong or not? Must we face death like the character in your novel, to avoid resting in our comfort zone, even if it doesn't make us happy? How can we overcome our fears and act authentically? Is a break always necessary? And what kind of break? How can we escape the victim status of our past and become an active participant in our life? What is karmic burden? How do we free ourselves from our emotions to escape this cycle that conditions us? For example, sadness... What is emotional intelligence? Certain beliefs prevent us from moving forward. Can you give us an example of a belief that limits us? How can we learn to decode our body's messages? A recurring theme in your book is gratitude and trust in Heaven's plan for us. Is that what it means to be at peace? Who is my guest this week, Maud Ankaoua? In her latest novel published by Eyrolles, "Breathe. "The plan is always perfect," Maud Ankaoua invites us to listen to our emotions and our bodies to hear the messages our minds fail to convey. Through this gripping fiction, she questions our thought patterns and their role in the story of our lives. Maud Ankaoua studied international finance at Nottingham and Oxford, then graduated from Sciences Po Paris. At 26, she ran an advertising agency, but a congenital heart defect stopped her in her tracks. She took over the financial management of startups. She quickly made an active contribution to the success of one of the biggest European success stories of the decade in the new technology sector. In 2010, after the company was sold, she found herself in limbo and left for Nepal for five weeks in the Himalayas with a Sherpa. Passionate about human relationships, Maud Ankaoua wrote her first coming-of-age novel, "Kilometer Zero: The Path to Happiness" (2017). Some quotes from the podcast with Maud Ankaoua: "Obstacles allow us to be who we are" "The plan is perfect on many levels...it's inevitable" "A lot of suffering could be avoided if we projected less fear" "An emotion is an electric current that begins in the brain and extends throughout the body" "There's no need to go to the other side of the world to be happy..." "Let's be grateful and aware of feeling healthy and alive" "It's in the little things that everything becomes possible" "Above all, don't wait until you're feeling bad; be aware of how lucky you are to be in good health." "We always get what we ask for, whether we like it or not; it's a reality."
