Harajuku & Shibuya! Meiji Jingu, Takeshita St, Shibuya Sky & Godzilla Room Tour | DAY2 JUNE25

Join us for part two of our first day in Tokyo Japan where we go to Harajuku and Shibuya for our first time! We start the day by getting the train from Shinjuku to Harajuku, which once you get used to the trains they are quite easy to navigate. Once we arrived in Harajuku we went to check out Meiji Jingu before heading to lunch at Tonkatsu Maisen Aoyama which was really delicious. After this we headed back to Takeshita Street to check out the vibes and snacks. Later in the afternoon we got the train to Shibuya to check out the Scramble Crossing, some well known shops like Pokemon Centre, Nintendo, Disney Store & Donki. Our final stop of the evening was Shibuya Sky which we prebooked 14 days in advance at midnight JPN time (4pm UK time). We would definitely recommend visiting both Shibuya and Harajuku on your trip to Japan and wish we had more time to explore in these areas. We ended the night getting a Japanese style curry from the well known chain restaurant, Coco Curry House in Shinjuku and checking into our room at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. Our room number was 3011, which is on the Godzilla floor of the hotel.
