Big Dog’s 120oz Stuffed Calzone Pizza Challenge Is Meant for 2-Person Teams!!

American professional eater Randy Santel versus Big Dog's 18-Inch "Double Dog Dare You" Stuffed Calzone Team Pizza Challenge, solo all by himself at the West Chester, Ohio location of Big Dog's Pizza, which is north of Cincinnati, Ohio in the USA!! There is another Big Dog's Pizza located nearby in Mason, Ohio, and both pizzeria restaurants host this challenge under similar ownership. For my first short weekend food challenge trip of 2024 with my girlfriend ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬, we headed to the Cincinnati, Ohio metro area to attempt a few man vs food eating challenges. For competitive eating challenge #2 of five, on Father's Day 2024, we headed to Big Dog's Pizza in West Chester, Ohio so we could each attempt Big Dog's 18-Inch "Double Dog Dare You" Stuffed Calzone Pizza Challenge which is actually meant to be a team food challenge where 2-person teams have just 30 minutes to eat an 18" diameter stuffed calzone pizza filled with three toppings plus lots of cheese. The top and bottom of the calzone pizza are each the same thickness as the dough used for Big Dog's 18" diameter extra-large pizzas. Katina went first and then I went after her. I ordered their 5-topping "Veggie" Pizza ingredients to go inside my calzone, with onions, tomatoes, green peppers, black olives, and mushrooms. Big Dog's uses a cheese blend that mainly features mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Challengers must also finish four small containers filled with red pizza sauce as well. It all weighs around 7.5 pounds or 120 ounces. I was trying to finish the whole thing solo all by myself within the 30 minute time limit, but I knew that I could tag a teammate in and still get the victory if necessary. I was trying to win my $60 stuffed calzone pizza meal free, plus a sweet t-shirt or hat and spot on Big Dog's Wall of Fame.
