Dublin City Marathon Goals & Race Plan 2025
In today’s video I break down my goals for the Dublin City Marathon next Sunday. The big aim is to start out conservative, run smart through the early stages, and hopefully come away with a PB of 3:07:30. Training has gone really well lately, but with Valencia on the horizon — and as my main goal race — I’ll be balancing effort and not emptying the tank too early in the season. I chat through: ✅ How training has gone so far 🧠 Why I’m taking a conservative start strategy 🎯 How Dublin fits into the bigger Valencia build 📈 What I’ll consider a successful race on the day If you’re running Dublin too, let me know your goals in the comments — best of luck to everyone lining up next weekend! 🙌 🔔 Don’t forget to like/subscribe if you’re following the journey to Valencia!
