1st BGA Repair.

This is the first attempt at a BGA removal with my home made jig and platform. It is a warts and all video with mistakes, things that could be done better and the things that went OK :-) Better to see my mistakes so perhaps someone else won't make the same ones. I should have left the pre-heater on for longer. The correct tools needed to be closer to hand and I really need to get that hot air hand piece mounted on the arm and have the correct BGA nozzles. Overall I was pleased that everything went pretty much to plan. Hopefully it will be of some use to you. The next part will show the BGA IC being reballed. I expect another video will be required to show it being re-fitted on the PCB. Please comment and hit the like button as this helps a lot.
