HANDSTAND WALK: Your First STEPS Today you're going to take your first steps in the handstand walk! *Note: In the video, I say "6 exercises," but as you can see, there are 5. #1 3 push-ups + 5 seconds of wall climb. 3 sets. #2 10 to 20 reps with your hands off the floor, facing the wall. 3 sets. #3 10 to 20 reps touching your shoulders, facing the wall. 3 sets. #4 Step away from the wall and walk forward until you're leaning on your partner's pole. 3 sets. #5 Walk toward the wall, first one step, then two steps, and so on.
