Por que temos tanto medo da nossa pior versão? (Naruto explica)

When I was a child, my parents forbade me from watching Naruto. As an adult, I decided to rewatch it and fell in love with the story! I realize that beyond being a children's cartoon, the anime is full of valuable lessons, one of which is understanding what our feelings are trying to tell us, accepting and embracing even the bad feelings! This idea is reminiscent of a well-known concept in psychology, popularized by Carl Gustav Jung: the "shadow." Jung said that we all have aspects of our personality that we prefer to hide or deny. The more we try to pretend they don't exist, the more power they gain. Personal growth happens when we recognize these aspects and learn to integrate them, instead of repressing them. It's curious how something so simple can make us reflect so deeply! P.S.: Sorry if I was too redundant in the video, it's my first one ;) Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/crisbritopn...
