Death in the Valley | The Connecticut River Valley Killer

Though the name can be a bit deceiving, The Connecticut River Valley stretches across five different states throughout New England as well as one Canadian Province. In fact it’s the longest river in New England and supplies the Long Island Sound with seventy percent of its fresh water. This of course gives way to fertile farmland and thick dense foliage covering its path. Most people listening have probably never even heard of places like Claremont, New Hampshire or Hartford, Vermont, but would be quick to find the beauty in their tranquil vibe and quaint living aesthetic. If one were to look past the exterior however and look into the past of the small villages and towns dotting the valley, they would find something much more sinister and heinous. This is the unsolved murders of seven women in New England, or more frequently referred to as The Connecticut River Valley Killer. Polygraph hopes to shed a clear perspective on cold cases and missing persons using all available factual information. This is purely a passion project and we welcome you all to join us in the process while we begin this investigation.
