Plate-based BCA Assay Protocol | BCA Workflow

This video walks through the protocol for running a BCA assay on a microplate. It begins with preparing the dilutions for your standard curve and goes through data analysis and building your standard curve. You can increase the sensitivity of the assay by increasing the incubation temperature from 37°C to 60°C. This does decrease the dynamic range to 5-250 μg/mL. About LICORbio LICORbio offers imaging systems, analysis software, and IRDye® infrared dye reagents for quantitative protein and small animal imaging.
