Mississippi River Lock & Dam 19 at Keokuk, Iowa
Some aerial footage of the area around the US Army Corps of Engineers Lock #19, Dam, and power plant. Located at Keokuk, in extreme Southeast corner of Iowa on the Upper Mississippi River, at River Mile 364. Also includes a couple of views from the adjacent Hamilton, IL side of the river. The lock is 1200ft. (365M) long by 110ft. (34M) wide and raises/lowers vessels approximately 38ft.(12M). The editing leaves something to be desired, but it will have to do for now.
