Mississippi River Lock & Dam 19 Keokuk, April, 2023 On this day the lock was closed most of the day for maintenance. We see 4 tows waiting at the north end to lock through southbound. A few technical issues arose, but I think there was just enough usable video, so here it is. I added some bonus clips (phone video) at the end.
