Ingredients: • 150g butter, softened • 150g sugar • 3 eggs • 160ml milk • 150g plain flour • 50g vanilla protein powder • 150–200g frozen mixed berries (forest fruits) • 1 tsp baking powder • A pinch of salt • Vanilla extract (optional) Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). 2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 4. Stir in the milk. 5.
