Civil Servants Told to Explain Government Policies
By Chansa Kunda Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO has called on civil servants to use their expertise to help the public better understand Government policies and programmes. Mrs. NALUMANGO says Government depends on a professional and knowledgeable public service to communicate information on development projects and the implementation of national policies. The Vice President was speaking during a visit to Chienge District in Luapula Province, where she met civil servants, members of the clergy and traditional leaders. Later, Mrs. NALUMANGO addressed members of the public at Bwilile Primary School grounds.
