Join us for a special family getaway to Pokhara to celebrate my brother Samyak’s 17th birthday! 🎈 The journey began with an adventure on the Manakamana cable car (I admit, I was a little nervous, but it was totally worth it!), followed by some of my absolute favorite comfort food, fresh Celroti. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Celroti. After a relaxing night enjoying a traditional Thakali Thali, we woke up to a stunning lake view to surprise Samyak with a birthday cake.
