Original Sin Did NOT Come From The Bible — SPINOZA Exposed How Augustine Invented It in 418 AD

The Hebrew word for sin does not appear in Genesis 3. Not once. This is not a matter of interpretation — it is a textual fact that Spinoza identified in the Tractatus Theologico-Politicus and that scholars from Elaine Pagels to Bart Ehrman have documented in detail. The doctrine of original sin — the idea that every human being is born guilty, corrupted by Adam's transgression, condemned before drawing their first breath — was not found in the Hebrew scriptures. It was assembled by a North African bishop who spent eleven years as a Manichaean before becoming a Christian, who could not read Greek, and who built his most consequential theological argument on a Latin mistranslation of Romans 5:12 that the Eastern Church rejected from the beginning and has formally opposed ever since.
