I show you how to prepare fresh scallops and then cook them on a charcoal BBQ. Recipe: Scallops - salt + pepper, fry or grill 1 - 2 minutes each side. Asparagus - salt, pepper + olive oil, char for 2 minutes each side. Dish - sliced baby gem lettuce, sliced charred shallot, French mustard dressing, Scallops & smoked parmaham garnish.
